Overview

Any request for a refund, return, or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received, we will email you to acknowledge receipt. Within 5 working days, we will email you again to let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your original method of payment; which should clear within 10 working days.

If you have not received your refund within 10 working days, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before a refund or credit is officially posted. If they are unable to see the credit, please contact us at

Returns and exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and you must request a return within 30 days of purchase.

Downloadable purchases, such as software, e-books, and PDF resources are not eligible for return.

To request a return, please contact us at refunds@sophorum.com and we will reply with shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your purchase. For purchases over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are considering your request for a refund or exchange.

In some situations, you may be eligible for a partial refund:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
